I have been waited nearly 2 weeks and still not able to receive the bailout bottle. I emailed to the parcel handler and they ask for sender information, then I asked the CS to follow up but the staff just said they checked with the parcel handler that bottle was lost. I asked the CS to send the information requested by the parcel handler to check again but they just said refund back to me. It seems that they are avoiding from my request to have the parcel handler to do the check. I am not sure am I the only victim as it is so suspicious and it requires an investigation.

Couldn’t believe that The Whiskey Exchange had a favourite tipple, that I had a couple of years ago on holiday in Spain. I thought I’d never again be able to drink it at home.

The price is fair and the bottles were delivered really quickly. They were both well protected and never in danger of breaking in transit. I was weary at first, that they’d not get to me in-tact.

Will certainly buy from again.
